You will sit with our perfumers through every stage of a brief — smelling, comparing and saying plainly what works and what does not. The job is equal parts vocabulary, memory and patience.

What the role involves

• Keep our scent library, references and evaluation notes in order
• Work with production on batch consistency, stability and shelf life
• Two or more years in fragrance evaluation, or a perfumery qualification

Our counters are where a stranger becomes a customer. You will read what someone is after, often before they can describe it, and guide them to the bottle that feels like theirs.

What the role involves

• Welcome and advise customers across the Emper, Le Chameau, Al Fares and Prive houses
• Know the collections well enough to explain them without a script
• Meet targets through genuine service rather than pressure
• Keep the counter, testers and displays immaculate
• Arabic alongside English is a real advantage

You will look after the day-to-day of our UAE store: new listings, launches, campaigns and the small fixes that quietly lift a week's revenue.

• Build and maintain product pages, collections and landing pages in Shopify
• Run launches and promotions end to end with the marketing team
• Watch the numbers weekly and act on what they say
• Work with customer care on anything the site is getting in the way of
• Hands-on Shopify experience and a good eye for detail

• Design packaging from first concept through to print-ready artwork
• Work with production and suppliers on dielines, finishes and colour proofs

• A strong portfolio and confidence in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

You will look after distributor relationships across your territory, from first introduction to repeat order, and bring back what the market is telling you.

• Grow existing distributor accounts and open new ones
• Plan territory targets, pricing and launch calendars
• Travel regularly for trade shows and market visits
• Feed market insight back to the creation and marketing teams
• Three or more years in export or FMCG sales, ideally in beauty

You will run a shift on our filling and packing lines, keeping output steady, quality high and the floor a safe place to work.

• Supervise daily production plans, manpower and line changeovers
• Hold the line on quality checks and batch documentation
• Enforce safety and hygiene standards without exception
• Work with maintenance to keep downtime short
• Experience supervising a production line, ideally in cosmetics or FMCG
